Refund policy
At Al Jasra Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our return policy is prepared in line with applicable consumer protection laws in the State of Qatar.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items.
- Any defect, damage, or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos shared through our customer support channels.
- For quality assurance purposes, photos of all orders are taken and retained before dispatch.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Customized/personalized items and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable unless defective.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit within 7–14 business days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange.
