Refund policy

At Al Jasra Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our return policy is prepared in line with applicable consumer protection laws in the State of Qatar.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items.
  • Any defect, damage, or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos shared through our customer support channels.
  • For quality assurance purposes, photos of all orders are taken and retained before dispatch.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customized/personalized items and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit within 7–14 business days.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange.
